Welcome to AuditGeo. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the AuditGeo website, tools, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Service

The Service provides tools for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), including technical audits and AI rank monitoring. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to scan internal networks, private websites, or engage in any form of malicious activity.

Usage Limits

**Free Plan:** The free Starter plan is subject to daily usage limits (2 checks per day) enforced by browser storage (localStorage). These limits reset every 24 hours.

**Pro Plan:** The Pro Verified plan grants unlimited checks and access to premium API models (GPT-4o, Perplexity) as detailed on our Pricing Page.

2. Pro Subscriptions and Billing

**Billing Cycle:** Subscription fees are billed on a recurring, monthly basis.

**Currency:** All payments are processed in USD, facilitating international payments via our payment processor, Razorpay.

3. Non-Refundable Policy

**All Sales Are Final:** By purchasing a Pro Verified subscription, you agree that all fees are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any purchases, regardless of the usage of the Service during the paid monthly term.

**Commitment to Service:** Your commitment ensures continuous access to our premium API models and services throughout your paid monthly term. You are responsible for managing your recurring charges.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by AuditGeo and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from the Service without express written permission.

**Output Code:** Code generated by our tools (e.g., SameAs Schema, llms.txt) is provided for your own website use and may be used commercially.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AuditGeo makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy or reliability of the AI model rankings or technical audit results. The output is for informational and optimization purposes only.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AuditGeo be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
